Refund Policy
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days of your receipt of the ordered products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.
- If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please contact us within 3 days from the day you receive your package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns on items marked as "final sale" or gift cards.
- We are not responsible for improper care and maintenance of the products. Please view the Care Guide page for more details
Package Lost / Stolen / Damaged
We recommend purchasing insurance (Route Package Protection) at check out to help cover the cost of lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You can submit a claim through the email Route sent when placing your order, or file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/
For uninsured packages, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is lost in transit, it is the carrier's responsibility. In this case, you may contact the carrier directly for help.
U.S Orders

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
The return shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed once received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
International Orders
- You can purchase your own shipping label through your carrier of choice. Please note that for international returns, the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the customer's responsibility.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged). Your order will be refunded minus the fees.
- If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 3 days from the day you receive your package.
- We recommend purchasing insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages.
- When filling out the Commercial Invoice for your return package, please mark the package as a RETURN to avoid customs charges.

We kindly ask you to send us (workpiecestudio@gmail.com) the tracking number and pre-alert of your return once shipped.
Refunds will be processed once received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees. If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back to the US. We will refund you for your order minus the fees.
