Shipping
We ship our products from Southern California to anywhere in the United States and the rest of the world. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $120. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipping. The delivery time depends on the shipment courier and destination. Please note that delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may be subject to delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or customs clearance. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.
Please make sure your address is correct. Work Piece cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
Package Lost / Stolen / Damaged
We recommend purchasing insurance (Route Package Protection) at check out to help cover the cost of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

For uninsured packages, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is lost in transit, it is the carrier's responsibility. In this case, you may contact the carrier directly for help.
US Orders
Free shipping on orders over $120.
If you refuse a shipment from Work Piece, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Work Piece. We will refund you for your order minus the fees.
EU Orders
We use IOSS. For orders equal to or less than 150 EUR, Work Piece collects VAT at check out. This way, the customers don’t pay taxes upon delivery. IOSS packages do not stop at customs, which results in no customs fee.
For orders over 150 EUR, the customers are responsible to pay all customs and VAT upon delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees. If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back to the US. We will refund you for your order minus the fees.
International Orders
